Bob Zick - President

@ IMC:
Bob became the Managing Partner of IMC in 1988 and has since led the agency. Throughout his career, Bob has been highly involved with major clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Néstlé, Philips Lighting, Pepsico and the Robert Mondavi Winery.

Considered an expert in developing account specific programs and annual plans for manufacturers seeking strong retailer relationships, Bob has led multiple merchandising initiatives at Wal-Mart and he regularly attends customer marketing planning sessions for clients with their top retail partners.

Previous Experience:
Bob came to IMC with an extensive packaged goods and marketing communication industry background. During an eight year career with Lipton, Bob held a variety of positions in sales, sales promotion, and brand management. While there, Bob was the recipient of the Presidents Award for Marketing Excellence.

Following his work at Lipton, Bob was Vice President of Marketing & Sales for a leading manufacturer of merchandising and point-of-sales systems.

Bob holds an MBA in Marketing Management from St. John's University.

He has a wife and three children and claims to be a low handicap golfer.

Steven Aronson - Managing Partner

@ IMC:
Steve is a principal of IMC with general manager and several key account responsibilities. He joined IMC in 1997 and expanded the agency’s services into strategic planning, interactive marketing and consumer promotions.

Previous Experience:
Prior to IMC, Steve was a Managing Director at NCI Advertising in New York City, the #1 medical agency in the United States, where he managed leading pharmaceutical clients in direct-to-patient acquisition and retention campaigns. He began his career with Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson with a combined seven years in brand management. Steve holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from Brown University.

He has a wife and three children, is a weekend warrior in both basketball and softball and is a fan of all the Boston sports teams (especially when they are winning).

Stephen Norton - Vice President

@ IMC:
Stephen joined the IMC team in July of 2009 to extend IMC’s capabilities in digital marketing services. Stephen has a passion and talent for understanding how to deliver the most strategic customer experience possible. Considered a CRM evangelist, he has been able to develop multi-dimensional programs that capitalize on technology. At Thermo Fisher Scientific and Standard & Poor’s, his campaign strategies delivered relevance and call-to-actions that monetized the customer relationship.

Previous Experience:
Stephen started his career as a Medical Technologist at the New England Deaconess hospital in Boston, MA. He quickly learned that science and medical technology were fun to learn, but did not feed his passion. For the next 20 years, Stephen held a range of roles in the life sciences and clinical laboratory marketplace. During the late 90s Stephen was an active participant in Sybron Laboratories' merger and acquisition campaign; Sybron later merged into the $10B Thermo Fisher Scientific. Stephen is often recognized for his creative merchandising tactics during his tenure with Owl Separation Systems. Most recently, Stephen led the expansion of marketing automation at Standard & Poor’s in New York City.

Stephen holds an MBA from University of New Hampshire and two undergraduate degrees from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts – North Adams.

Stephen and his wife, Amy, live in Westfield, NJ with their three children and very large standard poodle, Diesel. Stephen skis as much as possible during the winter months and hits the beach with his family in the summer.

Julie Evans - Director of Production

@ IMC:
Julie is responsible for traffic and production within IMC, including in-house scheduling, working with vendors to bid and produce jobs to completion, and on-press quality assurance. Having been with IMC for more than 20 years, she has ensured digital accuracy and optimal printability for a vast range of client projects. She works closely with both the Creative and Account teams on a daily basis to make certain that every job gets the close attention it deserves. Julie also contributes on many design projects, and is an expert in proofreading and solving structural problems.

Previous Experience:
Previously, Julie was responsible for design, layout, prepress and printing of three monthly community NJ newspapers at a small commercial publishing company. She was also a Marketing intern for the (now defunct) International Coors Classic Bike Race in Colorado, where she received accolades for being the only employee to ride her bike to work. She holds a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder where she received her degree in skiing (well actually, in Marketing Communication and Studio Fine Arts).

Julie lives at the Jersey shore and competitively sails on the bay. If not at IMC, she can be found at the local hardware store, trying to figure out how to fix up her old house.

Danielle Miles - Creative Director

@ IMC:
Danielle is the Creative Director, overseeing the creative department and working on interactive projects for The Manischewitz Company, Sony, Pepsi and Colgate. Throughout her tenure at IMC, Danielle has worked on a broad range of promotional marketing, from traditional sweeps and interactive to in-store marketing.

Previous Experience:
Danielle worked at DVC Worldwide and was responsible for an array of high profile projects, including assisting in the interactive division launch, designing the Coke Card featured on over 60 million packages, managing the redesign of ToysRUs.com (before Amazon buyout), and taking the Super Reggie-winning contest, "Do You Know A Brawny Man?" from concept through execution. For this she won the Super Reggie Award. Danielle’s scope of work has included clients such as Georgia-Pacific (Angel Soft, Brawny and Quilted Northern), Coke, GlaxoSmithKline (Oxy and Nicorette), Perdue, and CBS. She holds a BA in Graphic Design from The College of New Jersey.

Danielle brings her 2 labs, Bella and Moose, to IMC everyday and wishes she could finally finish the restoration on her '61 VW bug.
